The Fukumitsuya winery is one of the oldest in Japan (Edo Period). The Kagatobi sakes are produced using high quality rice and water from the underground springs of the city of Kanazawa. An extensive range of unique sakes that will satisfy the most demanding palates. Gokkan Junmai, a medium bodied wine, is fresh and clean to the palate. In the mouth it has an intense rice aroma and a rich umami flavor. It pairs well with all types of white and oily fish and with vegetable dishes.
