The generous attack coats the palate with powerful black fruit flavours, while the mid-palate expresses subtle mocha and mild spice notes, joined by elegant touches of vanilla on the silky finish. ⟡ Pairings : Beef, Ostrich Lion, Duck, Leg of Lamb.

They are meticulously crafted from grapes grown in parcels rigorously selected for their distinctive characteristics and expressive potential. The voyage of discovery starts in Pauillac on the Left Bank, the birthplace of Mouton Cadet, then continues in Médoc, Haut-Médoc and the renowned Margaux and Saint-Estèphe appellations. Crossing the Garonne to the Right Bank and Saint-Émilion, the tour ends with Graves, Pessac-Léognan and Sauternes, with its distinctive terroir.
