Taste : The bouquet is delicate and recalls almonds. On the palate it is tasty, medium-bodied, harmonic, it leaves the palate dry.

Pairings : Fish dishes or grilled white meat. Particularly good with raw ham (San Daniele), even when it is slightly smoked.
