Taste : Subdued but complex aromas of white peach, lemon, white pepper and musky stone are lifted by a whiff of lavender. Juicy, spicy and tightly wound, with very good subtle intensity to the yellow fruit, pepper and crushed stone flavors. This nicely dry grand cru showed increasing density and a smoother texture as it opened in the glass. Finishes with noteworthy breadth and length.
