Taste : Nose of black cherry, blackcurrant and oak. The palate is quite forward, medium to full bodied and packed with fragrant dark berry fruit. The finish shows the tannic structure of the vintage, but in this case is moderately supple.

Pairings : Meat dishes, including roast beef, barbecue, grilled meat, game and mushroom ragout.
