Taste : It is elegant and delicate, at nose, it develops flowered scents of rose and violet and fruited hints of blackberry and ripe cherries. In the palate, it is soft, flavoured and persistent.

Pairings : Excellent with roasted and braised red meats, it can be served also with risotto with mushrooms, pasta with ragu and aged cheeses. It’s a wine right for ageing.
