Nose: The aroma is clean with a faint grain aroma with hints of black pepper and pine needles. It’s sharp and moderately medicinal.

Palate: The vodka has a medium body weight and a very mild sweetness and slickness with a hint of cracked grains, and a bit of a charcoal note on the back end. The aftertaste is mild creamed corn and a more black pepper. Finish is clean, slightly bitter and quite crisp
